seriously! i use the liquid foundation, concealer, and pressed powder, and the mascara every single day. then i use the shadow base and lip exfoliator somewhat frequently as well. i bought all my girlrfiends and my female relatives the mascara and told them "i know it's not a big gift, but i promise this is the only mascara u will ever need!" hahaha! i love it!

hey chicky! whats the ETA on ur brushes?? and ..are u still planning on releasing train cases? jw!!

SO...i tried out the EYESHADOW BASE today and let me tell you woman -- ANOTHER AWESOME PRODUCT FROM YOUR LINE!! not onlee did it help me achieve my look..but it KEPT IT THERE FOR OVER 12 HOURS (and that included a power nap after working 6.5 hours at MAC) it truly is a MAGNET..no joke!!! it grabbed my eyeshadows and would not let it go...but not at all did it tweak the color or anything. it kept my eyeshadows true and hanging on for over half the day!

Also..your ADHESIVE issss soooooooo much better than DUOS! I wear lashes A LOT A LOT A LOT...and your glue was soo lightweight. my eyes usually get irritated with how heavy the Duo adhesive can be sometimes -- but never once did i have that problem using yours!

and i just wanted to RAVE again about the liner and lip combo!!!

FIRST OF ALL...6.5 hours working under hot lights at the counter...i expected have to touch up my liner maybe once or twice. doing the dreaded WIPE under the eyes to conceal a smudged line. BUT NOT WITH YOUR LINER!!! just as i had suspcted..it stayed put and NOT ONCE did i have to touch up under my eyes. I AM AMAZED!!!!!!!!! I AM SOOOO SOLD ON THIS PRODUCT. IF U EVER STOP MAKING IT, I WILL SERIOUSLY JUST HAVE TO HANG UP MY BLACK LINER BECAUSE NOTHING ELSE WILL EVER COMPARE!

and lastly...i saw Jeff today. and on our way to the mall -- i put on the lip combo in the car. the moment i turned to him, he got this impressed "you look hot" look on his face. (he'll kill me for sharing this ..hhaha) and im all "what?"...and hes all "your lips look really good~!!!" SO YOU KNOW ITS GOOD WHEN A GUY NOTICES...ooh yea! so now not onlee am I SOLD ON HOW GREAT UR STUFF IS...MY BOYFRIEND IS TOO!!

So keep up the awesome work Katie! DO NOT ever stop making ur products. You will seriously make this world a more beautiful place...one face at a time

First off, I just want to say THANK YOU! I've been visiting your page for a while just waiting for the day when I could buy some of your products and finally the day came! I purchased your eyeshadow base and your Ultimatte and I waited, rather impatiently, for them to arrive. I couldn't wait to try them when they got here so I immediately went to try them on. I can't think of any other words to describe them other than..make up sex. The eyeshadow primer went on smooth and was easy to blend (so I didn't get that funky line) and as soon as I put the shadows on I noticed a huge difference. The shadows glided on and blended better than they ever have before. I'm an eyeshadow freak so this was VERY important to me. Next I applied the Ultimatte and this product is really the ULTIMATE primer. I don't have the most perfect skin in the world but this made me look amazing! I used your tip, mixing it with the foundation and applying, and even though I know I'm not supposed to, I couldn't stop touching my face. It looked so smooth and flawless. Thank you sooooo much for these products! I can't wait to try all of your other products. I'm a professional make up artist but I just want to keep them all to myself!

I'm so late with my product review but I did not forget! Honestly, I don't know why some people think you make this up. Your testimonials are honest and truthful and if anyone felt that Katie made this one up can write me personally. =)

I now use Katie's foundation products religiously! Everyday. Every special occasion. Every work day. Every off day. Get the picture?

I first use primer and then I use a brush for the Liquid Mineral Foundation. This stuff is amazing! Often I find that other brands come out "too pink or ashy." Katie's stuff is brightening and has the right "yellow undertones" for asian skin. I also have problem skin (adult acne) and my face would break out of I stick to other brands. Katie's never made my face break out more. My skin actually improved with continued use because my pores are not clogged and I felt that my skin can "breathe better" thru Katie's stuff. I love that it has SPF 15! I use Vanilla Cream myself.

I finish off with the Dual Powder in Butter. Like I said, Katie's colors are true. Perfect natural finish! I mean it just matches my skin so well. Sometimes I even skip bronzer because I can control the powder coverage. My skin doesn't get shiny and it felt just fine at the end of the day. I love the coverage and finish! It does not feel thick and does not look cakey. It takes well in photos! You know how your face used to look soo pale in comparison to your neck and arms? Well no more... Like I said, perfect match.

I also love the eyeshadaow base. Gives the colors nice depth and stay true to color. Also makes it lasts longer. Love it!

Can't wait to make my next big order. Next: blushes and concealer and the liner!

Thanks Katie for making such awesome products. You have gained me as a loyal customer a long time ago and I don't think I would buy other brands of foundation again. I mean, they would have alot to stand up to against. I love love love your stuff Katie! Keep coming out with more!

I purchased the twanny pressed powder and I'm not quite sure if it's my color. I think it makes me look kind of yellow. I love the way it feels though. Good stuff for sure! But it's not a total waste for me because the past wedding (my 1st cousins) that I attended (the pictures you saw) I used the press powder on the some of the bridesmaid and bride! They had noone to do their make up so I offered. Luckily I had my entire make up kit! & your products were apart of it! =)

I believe I purchased a color from each of your lip gloss collection... I absolutely love your lip gloss! Especially the color. I've always had a problem finding the right colors but all the colors I picked from you worked out perfectly. And I'm not just being nice! Just honest.

Oh and your lip liner is an A+++!! I swear it goes color!

The eye base is good stuff too... and I'm doing it right! dab dab dab right? no swiping... hehe I read your forums! =P

As for your eyeshadows... I have such a hard time using loose powder... =/ ... but the colors do come out brilliant

The toner.. I love your toner!!!! My face feels so good when I use it and I love that I see sparkles! Is it just me? Or does it really have sparkles? lol

And last but definitely not least... you blushes! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Blending is so easy with your blush. I purchased two from you.. my favorite is the bronze. It seems to go with everything just like your lip liner goes with everything

I believe that's everything I purchased... I might have left out one or two items... But overall your products are great. I still can't achieve that "airbrush" or polished look that you do on all your models =( It's killing me Katie!!! One day... hehe

I finally got the time to write you a testimonials on all of your products that I have purchased.

Your faux mascara is exactly what you guaranteed. It keeps my lashes up for a full 8+ hours, it makes my eyelashes longer and thicker, and it is so dark! I also love the fact that it never clumps for me even after 5 coats :]]

I love how your shadow base is not sticky at all. It really defines the eyeshadows and keeps it there for so many hours! I used to have to reapply eyeshadow after an hour because my lids get oily quick, but now I don't even have to anymore!

I loveee love love your blushes! I purchased the Nectar blush which you renamed. I have a picture of me wearing it on my myspace (the one that says "Makeup; KatieB"). It brightens up my face and is so natural. I also purchased your Bronze blush (my favorite). It gives a little umph to my cheeks. Also makes me look so sophisticated.

Your foundation goes so well with the UltiMatte. I just restocked on Vanilla Cream liquid mineral foundation and the UltiMatte. It really feels as if I don't have anything on my face. It covers all flaws and it gives me such a flawless finish. I swear my face looks so airbrushed! I also use it with the foundation stick in Almond and the dual pressed powder in Butter. After 5 hours, I only need to powder my face once! And my face is VERY oily. I cannot live without these products!

I NEVER thought I could pull off black liner, but your black liner duo makes my light green eyes really pop! I am also loving the rustic brown mineral pigment; it is so easy to use and such a gorgeous color. OMG Katie, I just got my order yesterday and I cannot believe how wonderful your products are! I sent this email below to all my girls first thing this morning to share your amazing makeup!


I just got my order of Katie B’s makeup yesterday and I wanted to share with you girls how much I love it!!! My skin looks absolutely flawless, even Llan was like WOW! I’ve been trying to recreate the makeup she did for us at the wedding with MAC, Bare Escentuals..nothing compared except this! See picture attached (I took it from my phone and did not edit my skin!) I think my skin really looks even better in person! Below is a list of the products I purchased and my review.


1. The Groundwork Face Primer $24.50– This is a mix of moisturizer AND primer..perfect! I can’t believe I never thought of this! I always used it separately and it would make me too oily because I was using too much! Since this is combined, it’s less stuff to put on your face!

2. Liquid Mineral Foundation – FULL SIZE in G500 $34.00 – I never used to use foundation but it really makes your powder stay on longer. Just make sure you don’t cake it on. Other foundations I’ve used are more liquidity, this isn’t as liquidity but glides on just as easily. I really like the texture of it and it doesn’t make my face feel cakey when I have it on.

3. Pure Perfection Baked Mineral Powder in Medium $34.50 – MUST BUY! I love the way this powder feels. It feels like velvet! Although it gets a little messy, it made my skin look absolutely flawless (when used with the foundation). I was able to pack on a lot without it feeling heavy or cakey. This is perfect for a lot of coverage without even looking like you put on a lot! I used to use Bare Escentuals and I would pack on the powder and have to let it sit awhile to really soak into my skin so it doesn’t look heavy. This is almost effortless!

4. Shadow Cling in Earthy $16.50 – Base for eyelids – I haven’t use the MAC one so I don’t know how it compares. But I liked how it glides on without being too thick or sticky. Definitely better than the Love Potion I’ve been using. I’ll let you know my eyeshadow lasts at the end of the day.

5. Black Liner Set $29.50 – this is a combo set of eyeliner and black eye shadow to achieve that smokey look. The eyeliner glided on soooo easily and smooth! Also the other side of the eyeliner comes with a little sponge thingy to get that smokey under eye look. You have to keep sharpening the pencil though to get the full effect!

6. Faux Lash Mascara $13.50 – look at my mascara attached! A little clumpy but it helps make your lashes look fuller and longer!

7. Haven't tried the eyeshadows, lip gloss, eyebrow stuff yet since I still have a ton of MAC stuff. As soon as I use up some of it, I'll probably convert to Katie B also!
