seriously! i use the liquid foundation, concealer, and pressed powder, and the mascara every single day. then i use the shadow base and lip exfoliator somewhat frequently as well. i bought all my girlrfiends and my female relatives the mascara and told them "i know it's not a big gift, but i promise this is the only mascara u will ever need!" hahaha! i love it!

Body: Ok Katie, here's the story I promised you. As you know I ordered a few things for Amy for Christmas. Well a couple of weeks ago I told her that whatever foundation she had on really showed the pores on her face. No, I didn't get slapped, she loves for me to tell her the truth. Since then we have been looking for all different combinations of foundations and concealers to use that would not show her pores as much. Each morning she would ask me how it looked and although a few looked ok none were great. Well, the morning of Christmas she got into her stocking and pulled out your products. She came down later all primped and ready to go and asked me about her make-up, and when I said that is the best she's put on yet she informed me that is was what she had gotten in her stocking that morning from you. ok so here goes,honestly i was afraid of buying your product because it's not out on the market like in stores, and i never heard your brand before i just seen your work on myspace and on these playboy models.
well everytime i went on some make up site that talk about make up your name and product was constantly mentioned with huge raves!
so i figured since you were my myspace buddy i decided to talk to you about it.i asked you questions and reading what people have claimed about your product i still wasn't sure if i should buy because i was afraid of being stuck with something that didnt work or the product wasn't as described on your site. well needless to say i went ahead with your suggestions after i submitted a picture of myself to you to see what foundations to get. as i had mention to you i dont have acne or anything wrong on my face(knock on wood) haha but i do have redness around my cheeks during winter time. so i went and tried almost every product out there you can think of mac,bare minerals,benefit,even la mer which was $92.00 for a small small jar of cream foundation that claim to give you smooth skin which it didnt even happened! i ended up looking cakey and i got sick of all these make up claiming that it gives you a flawless look and not caked up! but all of them caked up on me even if i put on a light dab! i even tried buying foundation primer to help even everything out! nothing worked for awhile now i have been so frustrated with all these make up let downs!
then i finally ordered your product and waited for it to arrive to my house.
well today i recieved it! 1st of all the shipping was fast. when i open the box it was packaged nicely with black decorations! sooo appealing i love it! its all about presentation haha so anyways i washed my face off and went ahead and tried it. first i put on my primer and omg within seconds the primer cleared out my face like the redness was evened out! i was like holy Sh** this stuff really worked! i thought you were just trying to make a sale but you weren't you were right! this thing is a miracle i swear i am gonna stock up before it sell out! then i put on my mineral liquid foundation omg i must say it glides on sooo smooth! then i used the concealer stick to dot on the areas i need to cover and that was so soft on my face and it really covered everything up. then you told me to brush on the powder and not used the sponge which i did and omg within 20min after my make up settled my boyfriend came over and he was like damn your skin look smoothed and i was like serious???! really?! thats the first time he ever said that normally he always take his fingers and swipe my face and always say damn,baby you dont need to cake on that much make up... for the first time he complimented me and that meant so much to me!!
i swear i was gonna cry! the only thing that was wrong was the color was a tad bit light on me but thats not katie's fault i've been tanning so i didnt realized that i was a lil darker.
i dont even think you should offer a return policy cause who would wanna return such high quality great product!?
its so true its not in the name or the way the packaging look its all about whats inside of the container! but katie i'm sure people will spread the word cause i know i will on my page!
so i went ahead and ordered the vanilla cream foundation and the almond foundation stick im just gonna mix it up with the ones i have now. it's worth the money. i even went ahead and ordered the lip polish,the eye brow set and the eye shadow base.

this is amy. i received your stuff in the mail yesterday and i used it today....i just have to tell you that i extremely love your products...from the face wash to all the makeup....but i can't believe i forgot to purchase the blush. i will order it...your liquid mineral, stick foundation and the dual press powder is such a great combination. i can't believe how much coverage it gave me. Its just so amazing. Body: Hey Katie!
The shipment was fast and the customer service was awesome! Everyday I wear makeup for over 12 hours and take naps whenever I can, so I need something that’ll work with my sensitive skin. Usually by mid-afternoon, my face will start getting oily and my pores will become very visible. Like many women out there, I’ve tried numerous makeup products and they have their ups and downs. I think Katie B.’s Mineral foundation is the best foundation I’ve used. It’s not greasy…not too heavy…not cakey…and best of all it doesn’t cause my skin to break out! My pores were almost gone! I was staring into the mirror trying to find them, but they’ve shrunk. I also love the texture. My brush is quite clean after I apply it, so more foundation on my skin and less on my brush.  Oh, I’ve also noticed that my skin feels softer after I wash it off. After applying the foundation, I use the concealor under my eyes and in areas that need extra coverage. It does a good job covering up the dark circles under my eye, so now I don’t have to be afraid of looking terrible due a lack of sleep. Also, the packaging of the concealor is so pretty!

I was very impressed with the eyeliner combo. In the past, I’ve used liquid liner then changed to gel liner because it was easier to apply. I’ve avoided pencils because I’ve had some very bad experiences with them. The ones I’ve tried would either be too stiff that it hurt my eyes or too soft that the tip broke off after I sharpened it. However, your eyeliner is perfect! I applied it onto my hand after receiving it in the mail and it glided on so smoothly. I tried to rub it off just to verify the things you’ve said and you were right! It took me forever to rub it off. In the end, I gave up and used an oil-based cleanser. You could see me wearing eyeliner on my upper and lower waterline now, which was something I couldn’t do before.

I’ve been using Katie B.’s mascara for over 6 months now. I’m addicted to mascara and would literally apply ten coats each morning. I used to use MAC’s Zoomlash mascara, but when I compared them side by side on my lashes I noticed a difference. Katie B’s mascara kept my lashes curled longer! It didn’t smudge nor appeared clumpy. I could even apply mascara to my lower lashes without the fear of having raccoon eyes. It gave me the length of false lashes, so no need to wear those anymore.

Overall, I’m very impressed w/ Katie’s products and will continue to purchase them. Bye bye old cosmetics… make room for Katie B’s. Also, thank you Katie for the wonderful customer service! I know there’s only one of you and a million of us, but you still managed to find time to reply to all our messages.

Hi Katie!

Have had a loong sleepless workweek this week, kinda in a slump with other personal stuff too...stress, you know all that 'good stuff'. BUT you made my week because I just received my new order of Katie B products and I'm such a happy camper!!

Trying out two new eye pigments (wine and 'your hiness blue'). Did I tell you?? I loooooove your eyeshadows!! The pigment, texture and application is like no other. I'm definitely going to get the entire collection slowly but surely! lol I use and always liked MAC and Bare mineral shadows, but yours is better!!!

I got home late last night and what's the first thing I do? Open my package of Katie B goodies!! I washed my face off as usual before bedtime, but instead I had to 'devirginize' all my new products from you. LOL I'm trying your foundation stick for the first time. Wow, I've always used Zhen's foundation stick but yours is of a better consistency. Feels so good on like I have nothing on but the coverage is awesome! It's not sticky or goes on too thick and doesn't cake when it's humid. Love it as a concealer!!

What else? Refilled my dual powder, my absolute fave too, in Butter. I always needed a foundation to even out my skin tone. I always felt naked without base on, but I swear I could live with your dual powder compact alone. It's amazing! It doesn't sit on my skin like others do only to look like a cakey mask... instead it enhances my skin and makes it look like I have a peaches and cream complexion.

I have been using your makeup ever since I first met you at your get-together last October 2006. There's no need for me to rave of your mascara, as the product speaks for itself! I have been using your mineral foundation now for 9 months now, and I want to tell you that wearing it has improved my skin texture! In the winter time, my skin was flaky in random areas - I had to use your toner before I put anything on, just to get rid of some of the dryness. I was able to wear your primer, foundation, and powder on top. However, I had issues wearing the stick foundation - my skin was just too dry! Now that the weather is warmer, and my skin is no longer dry - totally different story! With the mineral foundation/stick foundation/powder combo, my skin looks flawless! Top it with the blush, and I am ready for the door! My skin is much smoother in texture, and I really think it has helped wearing your makeup. The thing I love about your mineral foundation, is that a little goes a long way! Just a little squeeze is enough to cover my entire face and neck - amazing!

Hope you're doing ok. I know you're super BUSY! It all pays off right? It definitely did here because I absolutely LOVE all the stuff I just got from ya. Not to mention that fabulous deal you gave us with the free items?! Awesome, I wasn't even expecting it all but the free items are my favs too.

I don't know how you packed so much moisture into your minty lip glosses! The only thing I can ever use that works on my chapped lips were Carmex. I was addicted to it. But your stuff works! Can't believe it. You gave me a free Cerise one - looks great. It lasts super long.

The scrub is yummy! It works so well because my skin is always dry after I made my move. New environment = trouble skin. I am currently on a twice a week facial mask, but I use your stuff in between. Such smooth skin!

Blush is amazing too. Packed with color, just the way I like it. I don't break out from it either!

I love your concealer stick. Do you think you might make a smaller version in the future? It compliments your foundation so well, which I restocked too.

But the winner has to be your eye makeup! The liner works sooo well! I was a little skeptical at first but true to your word, it doesn't budge. I love the black powder too. Sexy smokey eye is so easy with your stuff. And the shadows! Omg its like color exploded on your lids! The color is awesome. I'm gonna have to buy more colors cause I'm hooked. I don't even buy Mac's pigments anymore. Yours works better in my opinion.

I would love it if you make some more stuff in the future too! Like brow gel, colored eye liners, and self tanners! I have not found ONE self tanner that doesn't make me look orange! Is it because of my asian skin or what? Or am I doing it wrong? No clue....

I finally got the time to write you a testimonials on all of your products that I have purchased.

Your faux mascara is exactly what you guaranteed. It keeps my lashes up for a full 8+ hours, it makes my eyelashes longer and thicker, and it is so dark! I also love the fact that it never clumps for me even after 5 coats :]]

I love how your shadow base is not sticky at all. It really defines the eyeshadows and keeps it there for so many hours! I used to have to reapply eyeshadow after an hour because my lids get oily quick, but now I don't even have to anymore!

I loveee love love your blushes! I purchased the Nectar blush which you renamed. I have a picture of me wearing it on my myspace (the one that says "Makeup; KatieB"). It brightens up my face and is so natural. I also purchased your Bronze blush (my favorite). It gives a little umph to my cheeks. Also makes me look so sophisticated.

Your foundation goes so well with the UltiMatte. I just restocked on Vanilla Cream liquid mineral foundation and the UltiMatte. It really feels as if I don't have anything on my face. It covers all flaws and it gives me such a flawless finish. I swear my face looks so airbrushed! I also use it with the foundation stick in Almond and the dual pressed powder in Butter. After 5 hours, I only need to powder my face once! And my face is VERY oily. I cannot live without these products!

Hey Katie!! Sorry it took me awhile to send the pictures but I got the stuff I ordered and i absolutely LOVE IT!! I ordered the foundation, concealer, powder, blush, lip liner, and mascara.From the moment I put it on, the foundation felt SOOO incredibly light and smooth! Almost like it was whipped or something. It smoothed out my skin SOO well and it had great coverage without looking cakey and too thick. Oh!! and I used your tip about putting on the faux lash mascara before everything else and letting it set and it didn't budge for the WHOLE day!! Concealer was also really nice and this is the first time I've found a TRUE yellow-based foundation and concealer! My other foundation literally looked pink next to it and now I know why I was always paranoid about looking red! The powder was great!! It had really good coverage but didn't make me break out. In fact, I've noticed a difference in my skin since I started using your products and it's only literally been like a week!! The lip liner was the perfect neutral color and went on really smooth (you were right, it did make my lips look more pouty and full)!!! The faux lash is as promised, the BEST mascara I have tried and really well priced too!! Diorshow and YSL Black really have NOTHING on your mascara! I'm korean so my lashes are kind of non-existent but your mascara made them really thick AND long with ZERO CLUMPS! My boyfriend also noticed a huge difference and loved the look your products gave me!I'm wearing G300 foundation, G400 concealer, sandy powder, berry pink blush, the neutral liner, and the faux lash mascara in the pictures. I think I'm going to order the foundation and concealer one shade darker cuz I've been using the lotion tanner so I'm a little darker. It's funny because when I asked you what I should order based off of past product colors, you suggested the G400 and G500. Just shows how much you know your stuff huh?! I actually love it that you had me focus on my face first before suggesting things for my eyes and now I'm HOOKED! I can't wait for new products including the brush set I know you're working on! So now here comes my favorite part! The colors for the EYES! I just used some light gold and black liner in the pictures that I sent you which is my usual look. So which shadow burst colors do you suggest for me?! I have done the browns and I sometimes do a dark navy blue when I go out but I was wondering about maybe greens?? I don't know. What do ya think?? I liked the look in the picture that I sent you but I'll go off whatever you tell me! And I was wondering what lip product you would suggest. I like the lighter pinks and nudes cuz they kind of help me in the lip department. I love it. It's portable. Doesn't feel heavy and completely covers my flaws i.e blemishes and pigmentation, without it looking cakey. I have oily skin and it's keeping my skin's oils in control. Skin is touchable and soft.

ok Katie, after checking out your website last week, of course I ended up ordering some makeup (the mineral foundation, dual pressed powder, and cover/foundation stick)bc I was almost out of the normal customized face powder I usually get from prescriptives and was hoping it'd make it to me before this wknd (my bday thing at V2O) so I can try it out and possibly wear it that day.

I got it today- much sooner than I expected and was ecstatic and had to try it right away even though I just got home from the gym and was only ready for a shower. I couldn't believe how good it looked on my skin and such a flawless finish (this was only the stick as I couldn't test everything at once

Love your products so far and so glad I decided to msg. you that day way back in Sept. last yr. Just regret not cking out your site and finding out about your products sooner.

Hi Katie! How are you doing?? I hope you had a great weekend. =) Sorry for the late email but I wanted to send you some pictures from my 22nd birthday. You can't see the makeup as well because the photos were kind of touched up but I absolutely loved the look your makeup gave me! I used your mineral foundation in G400, concealer in G500, and powder in Sandy. I also used your mineral burst pigments in Gold Ice, Gold Leaf, and Moss Green. Also your black liner set, Faux Lash mascara, flutter falsies in Bat' Em, mineral blush in Berry Pink, mineral lip liner in Neutral, lip shine in Love, and lip laquer in Hyacinth. They stayed put ALL NIGHT long!! Through dinner and at the club till I got home at 3 a.m. and took everything off! =D It was so nice to just relax, have fun, and not worry about my makeup coming off or smudging. I got so many compliments on my makeup! And my friends all know how much I LOVE makeup so they all got me makeup and GUESS WHAT?!?! I have to return ALL of them because they're from Sephora and Macy's and not from KATIE B! I just wanted to thank you because your products really made my birthday special. Some people might say that it's just makeup but you and I know what a difference great makeup can make. My boyfriend couldn't stop telling me how beautiful I looked and he was so happy that I was just enjoying myself and not constantly checking a mirror to see if my makeup had smudged. It was seriously the greatest birthday I've had yet!
